True Power Giving

This blog starts with the black hole of the 7 deadly personal sins (Greed, Pride, Envy, Laziness, Lust, Gluttony, Anger) and The 48 Laws of Power; written by Robert Green and Joost Elffers and published by Viking Press.

Turning the hole into a gateway! The Gospel offset alternative to the above is limited to John 3:16; Romans 12-14, Galatians 5:13-26; Ephesians 5:10-18; and Philippians 2:1-17. This limited gospel WORD is adequate to lead us to actuate the True Power of Giving.

Law 6 - Court Attention at all Cost

Everything is judged by its appearance; what is unseen counts for nothing. Never let yourself get lost in the crowd, then, or buried in oblivion. Stand out. Be conspicuous, at all cost. Make yourself a magnet of attention by appearing larger, more colorful, more mysterious, than the bland and timid masses.

The appearance is judged (powered) in the USA by 10 seconds of exposure or the repeated 10 seconds of exposure over as long a time as economically justified. This counts for a thin message, very thin, very simple, designed for a special situation that fades in the face of constant change. All worldly messages are gone tommorrow without repetition, true belief and something more.

For some appearance (any most significant worldly event) to be most powerful it must touch many hearts and drive real feelings to real positive action on this earth for over 2,000 years. There are no messages on earth more powerful than John 3:16. It is the most published in the most languages for the longest time by far. This message drove our forefathers to create the USA. But the message survived 1600 years and now another 400 years all over the world before that. How can we even think something is more powerful.

What on earth has powered anything more consistently, more gently and more unconditionally than this gift. Lets put comparative messages on the table and compare them as powerful drivers of progress into our future for our children’s sake, if not our own.

We enjoy whether we believe or not the gift of the fruits of the Spirit (simple message driven by such a significant unconditional sacrifice);
love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.

Democracy is a gift we give ourselves, BUT IT NEEDS LAWS TO POWER US FORWARD. IT HAS NOT EXISTED FOR 2000 YEARS. IT IS NOT PRESENT THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.

I am trying to think of more on the positive building side of the table and draw a blank that would compare to the above.

I can list out the other feelings we have carried with us from all time (2000 years) but they are negatives and do not build anything into the future. So as I list them I consider them already chewed up by the fruits of the Spirit.

Fear, Envy, Anger, Greed, Pride, Laziness, Lust, and Gluttony are powerful feelings but not powerful enough to stop the march of positive development driven by the most unconditional and longests standing gift on earth.

This rule when it comes to the unseen is very very very weak and off point of true power. It is actually contradicting other rules stated. And, Stand out. Be conspicuous, at all cost. How about, instead, work at your purpose and get something done!

This rule should be thrown out!

John 3:16
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Romans chapters 12-14
3 For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you.6 We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. If a man's gift is prophesying, let him use it in proportion to his faith.7 If it is serving, let him serve; if it is teaching, let him teach;8 if it is encouraging, let him encourage; if it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously; if it is leadership, let him govern diligently; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully.9 Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.10 Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves.11 Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.12 Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.13 Share with God's people who are in need. Practice hospitality.14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.15 Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.16 Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited.17 Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody.18 If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.19 Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord.20 On the contrary: "If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head."21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Galatians chapter 5:13-26
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires.25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.
