Rule 7 Get others to do the Work for you, but Always Take the Credit
Use the wisdom, knowledge, and legwork of other people to further your own cause. Not only will such assistance save you valuable time and energy, it will give you a godlike aura of efficiency and speed. In the end your helpers will be forgotten and you will be remembered. Never do yourself what others can do for you.

Choosing your work
Use this reference when you choose your work. It is powerful to stay open to God’s purpose for you. How do you take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God and apply it to every situation you have on earth. It is a choice you make to apply the fruits of the of the Spirit-- love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Many of these words (swords) generates the willingness to give unconditionally in the work process and gives you the power (THIS RULE 7 IS ABOUT TAKING THE POWER, For the energy required, IT IS WEAKER THAN GIVING THE POWER). Just try it at work. Do more than asked UNCONDITIONALLY and over time see the power it gives you. The contraries to the fruits of power at work are the 7-8 deadly sins.
Sharing the tasks and Sharing the results
The ultimate power of a gift unconditionally given just ruins the concept of getting others to do the work for you, but always taking the credit. The gift will build into the future, the stealing of credit just leads to a defensive future. Today, stories and reports are like onion leafs. The next level of story is always ready to be revealed. Your own cause delivered within the fruits of the spirit, and lined up with God’s Purpose for you, makes it whatever he wants it to be, which is stronger and will stay longer.
Being effective in getting it done
I need to mention Covey with the word effective. His seven rules put others first so the development being build does not need to be defended at every turn. How to Win friends and Influence People By Carneige, does the same thing. Approaching people with positive spirit will move them in your direction. Smiles open doors.
Being remembered for doing it
Unless you are building with the positives you will not be remembered. That is not very important anyway when you are working for the Father’s purpose. You want him to be forwarded with your actions. Your good reputation will last as long as your unconditional gift lasts, and that is unconditional.
Delegating, because you can
Idle time and earthly power does give rise to the opposites of the fruits of the Spirit. Fear, greed, pride, envy, laziness, lust, gluttony, and anger are natural tendencies and are natural drivers of our daily efforts. They rule unless positive energy from a faith in a good future puts the fruits of the spirit in action. Delegation can be very powerful.
Your own cause, not God's, impressing others, striving and spinning to be remembered or retained is second level power that has elements of fear, envy greed, anger, laziness, …etc. at it source. But the negative power being sourced by the 7 deadly sins are not more powerful over the long term than the unconditional gift powered from actions designed to deliver the fruit of the Spirit.

Philippians chapter 2: 1-17
2:1 If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion,2 then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose.3 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.4 Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.5 Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus:12 Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed--not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence--continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling,13 for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose.14 Do everything without complaining or arguing,15 so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe
Romans chapters 12-14
2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will.3 For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you.4 Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function,5 so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.6 We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. If a man's gift is prophesying, let him use it in proportion to his faith.7 If it is serving, let him serve; if it is teaching, let him teach;8 if it is encouraging, let him encourage; if it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously; if it is leadership, let him govern diligently; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully.9 Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.10 Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves.
Ephesians chapter 6:10-19
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.11 Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.
Galatians chapter 5:13-26
13 You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature ; rather, serve one another in love.14 The entire law is summed up in a single command: "Love your neighbor as yourself."15 If you keep on biting and devouring each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other.16 So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature.22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires.25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.
